  • Is there such a thing as too gentle then?? 🙂 Thanks for the review!

    • Haha I know – I think I just need to get used to the fact that gentle is good when it comes to toners 🙂 thanks for the comment!

I can totally relate to the ‘paint stripper’ toners of yore. I use a simple witch hazel toner for my oily skin.
This one sounds good, thanks for the review!

  • I used to use really harsh toners because I loved feeling that my skin was uber-clean but they were far too stripping! All for gentle toners =)

  • I have always used a toner. The last one I had before the Witch Hazel one I’m using now was the Biore Triple Action toner.. Whew – talk about a paint-stripper!! I think it was almost definitely responsible for my skin’s angry outburst!

    • Just goes to show how important it is to know your skin type, and to keep trying until you find something that works! I feel a bit guilty that I forgot about toner for such a long time – never again!

  • I used to do the same thing with toners. I had one by Ten-O-Six and it was sooo drying, and I was like *Shit yeah, this is so going to work*. This looks like a lovely toner 🙂 I am currently using one from Sukin and it’s so herbal-ly smelling (yep, we speak good english).

    • I had to break out and try something non-Sukin! And this toner really is gorgeous – such a huge change from when we were teens hey!

  • Oh, this looks good. I need gentle for my sensitive skin. I bought a Natio toner a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been too scared to use it in case I get an irritation. What a wuss!

    • I think you just need to have a fail-proof product on hand in case of irritation – I always have a tube of dermaid at the ready for when a new product causes my skin to flare up. But Natio should be super gentle I imagine. I mean, you should definitely try it, for the sake of a new blog post 😉
